Private prototype

Terms

These prototype terms describe acceptable use for invited Skill Authors. They are not a substitute for professional legal review.

Prototype scope

Access is invitation-only. There is no public registration, billing, registry, collaboration, or Git synchronization in this prototype. Skill Authors may create private Skill Projects, refine Agent Skills on desktop or mobile, validate and evaluate evidence, download a portable Agent Skill directory, and delete projects from the project list.

Generated content ownership

Skill Authors own the Agent Skills they create in the prototype. The platform receives only the rights needed to store, process, validate, evaluate, and package that content so the prototype can operate.

Acceptable use

  • Do not attempt to access another Skill Author's private projects, messages, or results.
  • Do not upload executable payloads, raw promptfoo configuration, or content intended to bypass platform safety boundaries.
  • Do not use the prototype to store regulated secrets, production credentials, or data you are not permitted to process.
  • Do not rely on the prototype for production workloads, uptime guarantees, or disaster recovery.

Third-party services and skills

The prototype may use Supabase, Vercel, GitHub OAuth, AI Gateway, and configured model providers. Development skills installed for engineering workflows are locked in the repository and are not automatically redistributed to Skill Authors. Curated procedures shown in the product require source attribution and a licence inventory before broader distribution.

Deletion and purge

When you delete a Skill Project, it becomes inaccessible immediately and is scheduled for permanent purge within 30 days, including associated messages, Skill Revisions, Validation results, and derived artifacts. See the Privacy page for the full data promise and items that require provider verification.

  • Final licence grant language for generated Agent Skills and any employer or client IP obligations.
  • Applicable privacy law notices, data processing agreements, and subprocessors for your jurisdiction.
  • Provider terms for AI models, hosting, authentication, and analytics used in deployment.
